Ok, if you count the catfish itself & coconut oil to cook it in then that’s 5 ingredients. I fail at math, hard.
Leftovers get placed on top of my usual massaged kale salad for lunch! I don’t use any dressing. Just poured a little of the lemony juice from the catfish over the salad. Plenty tasty.
